Four Ready-To-Build Parcels
Adjacent to Established Neighborhood. Rail Access.
Work is beginning to convert William Stanley Business Park Site 9 into four ready-to-build parcels, complete with roadways, green spaces, utility corridors, and stormwater management. This 16.5-acre site contains four parcels that are ideal for industrial, manufacturing, commercial uses, and retail. Site 9 includes rail access. This green site will integrate beautifully into the adjacent, well-established Tyler St. neighborhood, complete with shops, restaurants, banks, and housing options. Your employees can walk to almost everything they need.
